If ordering hats and turbans then postage charges for hat only applies;
Some areas require extra freight charges. If your area is one of them we will notify you for authorisation prior to your order leaving our workshop.

Please contact us if you have not received your delivery within the estimated time frame. We will issue you with a tracking number and endeavour to get it to you immediately.
Please refer to head measurement instructions sheet. This is a downloadable form in the HOW TO section. We cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements, but are happy to exchange.

with head circumference measurement. No additional charge for this service.
We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases so if you feel you have made the wrong decision, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. If for any reason you believe the product was received in a faulty condition, email us at info@bcheadwear within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you would like to return an item, please email us as info@bcheadwear.com.au with as much detail of return request so we can process this as fast as possible. If you wish to exchange for another size please include a post bag with your return address to ensure you receive your new item as quickly. (Customer is responsible for postage for exchanging items)
Please note* Items must be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Please take care when trying on garments - they will not be accepted as a return if they are not in their original state, have obvious signs of being worn for a period of time.
Beaux Chapeaux Headwear staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new condition. In this case, the item will be returned to the customer.
Our Staff will thoroughly inspect each item before posted out to ensure you are receiving it in perfect condition. If for any reason you believe the product was received in faulty condition, email us at info@bcheadwear within 7 days of receiving the product.
In the case that we are unable to replace or repair the garment, we are happy to offer a full refund.
We will not sell or pass on any of the information you provide.
Customers will only receive correspondence regarding your order unless otherwise requested.
